Meet Dr. Christopher Appleman

Dr. Appleman is known for his compassionate chairside manner and his gentle touch. His priority is to make sure all of his patients are as comfortable as possible and are treated like family. He is a member of the International Dental Implant Association, is pursuing a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American Dental Association, and has been an Invisalign provider for several years. He has had extensive training and experience in all aspects of dentistry including root canals, extractions, and implant placement and restoration. He grew up in Newport, Rhode Island, and then attended Villanova University for his undergraduate degree. He received his dental degree from the University of Maryland in 2008 and then completed a General Practice Residency in Portland, Oregon before moving back to the Delaware area. Dr. Appleman enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhea, their daughter, Emilia, and their beagle. When not at the office, he enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, skiing, biking and having fun with his family.
